The Boy Scouts of America exists to "prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law." BSA Troop 228 has been serving the youth of Hebron, Kentucky and Burlington, Kentucky since 1957, and has guided many of them to the highest rank of Eagle Scout.

Timeless Values

Interested in joining?

Joining requirements can be found here. Feel free to contact us to set up a visit.

We are chartered to the Hebron Lions Club (their Facebook Page), and meet at Hebron Lutheran Church (their Facebook Page), but families of all denominations are welcome to join. We have Troop Meetings every Monday except holidays, and have at least one outdoor activity each month of the year.

We also encourage parents to make Scouting a family activity - become a Troop Leader or Committee Member yourself, and share in your son's Scouting experience.

Are you a former member?

We'd love to hear from you - contact us and/or drop by a meeting for a visit.
